Château Pech-Latt x Vincent Pastorello, Reflexion 2022

Château Pech-Latt are one of the most revered wineries in the Corbières region of southern France. Teaming up with one of the world's best sommeliers, Vincent Pastorello, they set out on a mission of creating a wine through their shared love of the region's rich history, sustainable viticulture and a balance between lightness, freshness, and power. Only 5000 bottles Reflexion 2022 were made and is a blend of 45% Grenache, 35% Carignan, 17% Syrah and 3% Cinsault. The winemaking process honors the tradition of the Corbières region, aiming for purity, harmony, and the mineral essence that characterizes the land within Château Pech-Latt. With a ruby colour and vivid reflections, the Grenache, the predominant grape variety and the heart of the project, brings power and structure to the wine. It presents notes of ripe red fruits with a rounded profile. The Carignan contributes pleasant freshness and beautiful acidity. The Syrah complements this wine with pronounced aromas of black fruits, spices, and a subtle hint of violet.
